Center Hours:

The Thermogram Center provides imaging services by appointment at its imaging locations: *

●   Boulder on some Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays

●   Carbondale on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays twice a year: Fall and Spring

●   Centennial on some Thursdays

●   Fort Collins on some Saturdays and Sundays

●   Lakewood on some Tuesdays (cold weather season) or on some Wednesdays (warm weather season)

●   Gunnison on Fridays and Saturdays twice a year: Fall and Spring

●   Salida on Sundays twice a year: Fall and Spring

●   Steamboat Springs on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays twice a year: Fall and Spring

* Imaging locations are provided by independently operated health provider offices with no other connection to The Thermogram Center, Inc. Each location provides facilities and space without service supervision, client involvement, or medical liability.

Appointment Documentation:

Prior to your appointment, you will be asked to review and/or complete several documents/forms These forms will be included as attachments in the e-mail which will be provided when you schedule your appointment. (Faxing is available upon request.) Please print the requested forms so that you can review and complete them in the convenience of your home and prior to your office visit. Just bring the completed forms with you to your appointment.
